According to our many years production experience, HEXIN reminds that the furnace user should pay attention to the following aspects during use
1. Please install the furnace in strict accordance with the installation and operation instructions of the furnace.
3. Pay close attention to the changes of the furnace liner during use, and deal with the situation in time.
2. After the furnace is installed, clean up the sundries in the furnace. When the new furnace is opened, the material must be handled gently.
Do not throw large iron blocks into the furnace, so as not to damage the furnace. When the installed new furnace is opened for the first furnace,
the intermediate frequency power should not be pulled too fast. Conducive to the combination of furnace gallbladder and fixed filler.
4. After the furnace is used for a certain number of times, the wall of the furnace becomes thinner.
When the wall thickness of the furnace is about to be less than one centimeter, it should be stopped and replaced with a new furnace.
