Product Description

Qingdao Hexin produces various structural forms of hot-dip galvanizing air knives for strip steel, which are used in continuous strip steel hot-dip galvanizing production lines.

On the basis of the original air knife, a large number of improved designs have been made to derive different structural forms of air knives. By applying the laminar flow effect of multi-point and multi cavity air knife jet airflow, our air knife has excellent equipment performance and is matched with units with a linear speed of 90-200 meters/minute. The control range of hot-dip galvanized coating is 30-275 grams/square meter, and the control range of hot-dip aluminum zinc silicon coating is 20-200 grams/square meter.

Its advantage is that the amount of zinc on the board surface is uniform and consistent, with a dispersion of less than ± 2% between the left, middle, right, and three points.
