The picture shows the recently produced precision cast trays and support beams with dimensions of 890*490*40mm and 420*45*60mm. The material is 1.4849 and they are produced by the precision casting process using silica sol. The trays and support beams are combination parts of heat treatment jigs and are assembled with other parts. The precision casting process for this structure has the advantages of precise dimensions and low deformation. After this batch of trays and support beams passed the inspection by the quality control department and were packaged for shipment.
