The picture shows a recently produced precision-cast tray with the size specification of 48"x48"x1 1/2" and a weight of 99 kg. The material is HR 120 Alloy, which is produced using the silica sol gel precision casting process. The tray and the tooling are common supporting devices in heat treatment, used for supporting and fixing the heat-treated workpieces. After this batch of trays and tooling passed other inspection experiments by the quality inspection department and were qualified, they have been packed and shipped.
