Product Description
Our company produces heat-resistant alloy steel castings, using resin sand casting process and silica sol precision casting process, equipped with a semi-automatic casting production line. The alloy steel castings produced have good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. No slag inclusions, trachoma, shrinkage holes, cracks and other conventional casting defects.
The intermediate convection cast tube sheet and tube brackets tube support hook casting are furnace internal components provided to support the weight of the furnace tube (including the medium in the tube) and prevent excessive deformation of the furnace tube. Generally, the intermediate supporting members of horizontal radiant furnace tubes are called tube brackets, and the two ends are called tube sheets. The supporting members at the middle and both ends of horizontal convection furnace tubes are called tube sheets. For vertical heating furnaces, the load-bearing components located on the elbows on the top of the two furnace tubes are called brackets, which do not support vertical weight, and those that only limit the horizontal displacement of the furnace tubes are called guide frames.
