Product Description

The HEXIN brand piecrcing plug has good hardness stability , and good wear resistance.
The typical material grades are 15NiCr13, X30WCrV9-3.
 The working condition of piecrcing plug is very scurviness. During the processs of piecrcing, piecrcing plug directly touches the steel tube inwall of high temperature under the steel tube reversed rotation. 

Piecrcing plug bears compressive stress, shear stress, surface friction force. The working temperature will be 900ºC. In order to get 

good working performance, HEXIN produces piecrcing plug by die forging. This could eliminate internal defects, make structure more dense, improve mechanical property.
