Product Description

The centrifugal cast tubes made by HEXIN are for the construction of the reduction furnaces.

This series of fourteen tube and fifteen tube reduction furnaces are suitable for the reduction of tungsten oxide and molybdenum oxide, mainly targeting the reduction of medium and fine particle powders. Pneumatic feeding is adopted, and the entire production process is controlled by PLC programmable control and has automatic alarm devices; The refractory material of the furnace body is made of full fiber ceramic material, and the heating element is arranged vertically. The unique furnace structure of this equipment can achieve the separate extraction of furnace tubes without the need to uncover the top. The maintenance equipment is equipped with hydrogen recovery and explosion-proof devices.
