The picture shows a batch of heat treatment cast trays produced in September 2022, with dimensions of 920*615*58mm, material of 35Ni15Cr, and a weight of about 59kg. 
The pallets have rails and are used in conjunction with the cast rails in the heat treatment furnace. 
They are produced using precision casting technology and have been inspected in all aspects to meet the requirements. They have been packed and shipped.

The bottom tray is mainly used in heat treatment furnaces, and it generally has rails or handles for easy pushing and pulling on the guide rails in the furnace. The bottom tray is located at the bottom of the heat treatment furnace, where the heat treatment workpiece can be placed directly, and other trays can be stacked on top of the tray to make reasonable use of the space in the furnace.

There are lifting lugs on the left and right sides above the top of the basket for lifting, and the same baskets are stacked and mutually restricted so that they will not move laterally.
After the baskets are stacked according to the height of use, they can be pushed and pulled by placing them on the special chassis with the limit device.
